Counseling is available in person at my Lacey, Wa office or via telehealth for anyone in Washington State.
I am currently working with Headway in order to accept some insurance plans. ​I also accept cash at time of service and I ask that you keep a credit card or HSA/FSA card on file for automatic billing after our session.

REGARDING OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE
Individual sessions are 45-53 minutes long and my session rate is $150. I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement. I will also provide you with a "Good Faith Estimate" which, while not a contract, will estimate charges for one year of therapy.
If you choose to use out of network benefits, I recommend you contact your insurance company and ask the following:
